Course Aim

To show course participants how to develop a 3 – 5 page website using 1&1 MyWebsite builder.

*This course counts for a 0.5 credit and required no preparation or homework, unless you wish to do so. You can increase this to 1 credit by completing an additional 4.5 hours of private study to create and complete a 3 -5 page website, finishing with a 30 minute tutorial with the course tutor within 1 calendar month of the date of this course. The aim of this tutorial will be to provide feedback and guidance about future ways the website could be developed. You will need to complete a short form before this tutorial.

Introduction to the course

This course is intended for complete beginners to website building who want to start with an easy to build and manage website without understanding programming. We all dream of having perfect fully functioning website. The reality most of us don't have the time, skill or knowledge to really get inside website building. The good news is you don't need to have any knowledge to develop a simple & functional website!


This one day course will provide you with the basics of creating a simple website that will look attractive without costing a fortune. It will focus on the development of a website for online therapists, but the skills being taught can apply to other therapy website as well.
